Normally, the profiles used for curtain walls have a small section, allowing the standard profile bending roller by a roller machine.
The problem is when you need a larger profile, as this presented, where the manufacturer made a special series of 166mm section for a project in parcticular.
The curved profile presented serious difficulties, since it is a profile designed to not allow deformation.
But after several studies and tests, we managed to bend a really complex profile by design In order to comply again with the expectations of our customers.
